As a Wellness Coach and Nutrition Consultant, I bring my skills, experience and knowledge from both these disciplines to guide you in making health and lifestyle transformations free from worry, overwhelm and frustration toward the sweetest, healthiest life possible.

As your wellness coach, I’ll help co-create a relationship based on trust, confidentiality, honesty, accountability and forward movementWe won’t rehash the past, analyze your childhood or try to figure out why. We’ll meet right where you are today and look ahead to where you want to go. From this safe, supportive space, we’ll work through barriers, tame the gremlins and find new perspectives. Together we’ll identify areas of focus, develop action steps and accountability measures to allow your vision of your sweetest life to unfold.

As your nutrition consultant, I’ll bring the latest in nutrition information, tools and resources to guide you toward a whole foods lifestyle for optimal physical, mental health and well-being. We may start with a whole foods detox to cleanse the body and get you feeling better than you have in a long time. With this motivation, renewed energy and clear head, together we can determine what the best nutrition plan is for you.

My approach

I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means I look at how all areas of your life are connected. I believe that food actually comes second to having meaning, purpose, love and inner peace in your life.

As a student of behavioural change theory and practice, I bring an understanding, knowledge and all the tools and resources necessary to help you finally make the changes you truly desire.

Pre-diabetes, insulin resistance and carbohydrate intolerance are diet and lifestyle related conditions. And therefore, they require diet and lifestyle interventions. With these changes, these symptoms and further health complications down the road, are completely reversible.

As your wellness coach and nutrition consultant I have the skills, expertise, resources and compassion to help you make the diet and lifestyle changes necessary to reclaim the health and vitality within you.

Food Diary Review – A great place to start on your health journey is with a food diary review. By tracking your food, there can be no mistake what you’re eating. It’s all there in black and white. Journal what you eat for each meal, for five week days and one weekend. Email it to me and we’ll either meet for a 30 minute phone/Skype consult or I can send you my recommendations by email. Either way you’ll get my expert tips and recommendations on how to make some healthy tweaks, swaps and upgrades for healthier whole foods living. $60.00

14 Day Whole Foods Cleanse – What if feeling energized, lighter, healthy & well was just 14 days away? It’s truly incredible how great you can feel in just two weeks. With three different levels of detoxification to choose from, this cleanse provides recipes, shopping list and menu plan templates, and handouts to help maximize the detox process. Nutritional Consulting – Do you need some solid advice, guidance, and a plan to start cutting back on processed, refined foods and eating more real, nutrient-dense meals. We’ll spend 90 minutes by phone or Skype identifying where you currently are, looking ahead to where you want to be, and mapping out your action plan with practical, easy-to-implement, doable and realistic suggestions. I’ll bring my best advice, experience, resources and recommendations to this 90 minute session. You’ll bring your questions, a 10 day food diary, and the other prep materials I send you. $149.00

Online Group Coaching – My signature program The Blood Sugar Shift is a proven step-by-step process that guides you through a comprehensive health transformation to balance your blood sugars, reverse pre-diabetes and reclaim your health in 8 weeks. Read all about my 8-week group program here.

Private Coaching – I’ll personally guide you step-by-step through a customized program of transformation designed specifically to meet your health and wellness goals. I’ll wear both my wellness coach and nutritional consulting hats as your ally and health expert. We’ll meet for an hour once every two weeks, for a total of eight sessions over four months. This program could include a cleanse or detox, and access to my resource library of materials, handouts, worksheets, resources, and planning and tracking tools. Calls take place over the phone or Skype. $240 per month x 4
