    Michelle, you have a lot of stamina to go through the whole 10days. I guess a bit off stubbornness from one side of the family – got you through some of it.     Thanks for sharing. I took the same course in BC last August and I am re-living my experience by reading about yours. I can relate to so much about what you are saying. Looking forward to hearing how you felt during the last feed days and when noble silence ended.

    WOW and WOW! I would agree with brave, I don’t know if I could have lasted. To sit through an hour of back pain and all those times you could not move for an hour, I can’t even sit still in church. Thank you so much for continuing to share this experience and the sense of humor sprinkled throughout it. I have enjoyed reading it.
