Greek Turkey Burgers

These yummy and easy-to-make burgers have become a weekly staple for us.
The recipe makes four large burgers but you can always double the batch and make extra to have on hand for lunches or leftovers.
I love them topped with tzatziki sauce and served with a steamed green veggie and a greek salad. In this picture we had them with streamed cabbage and roasted squash. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
(makes 4 burgers)
1 lb ground turkey
1/2 cup spinach chopped
1 medium onion chopped
1 tablespoon dill
1 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a medium-sized mixing bowl. Mix all ingredients until well combined ( I find my hands work best). Divide mixture into four and form into balls. Flatten with your hands to make four large burgers.
Heat large skillet with a drizzle of avocado oil on medium heat. Place burgers onto the hot pan and cook for 4 minutes, press with spatula then flip for another four minutes. Press with spatula until juices run clear. These cook up very quickly.
Enjoy!
