How to be an effective accountability partner

When it comes to providing accountability with your clients are you an enforcer drill sergeant or a quiet timid mouse?

The drill sergeant enforcer demands the client be accountable with a forceful tone, "How will you let me know you did this?"

The quiet mouse doesn't even ask for fear of overstepping and feeling pushy.

Finding the happy balance of accountability is a challenge for new health coaches.

In this video I talk about the mindset of accountability, share a 5-step process for setting accountability and offer some dos and don'ts.

What questions do you still have about helping your client set accountability measures? I'd be happy to answer them in the comments or feel free to email me at michelle@michelle-maclean.com.
