Happy New Year. Welcome to 2020. A brand new decade!

Hope you had a relaxing, joy-filled, festive holiday.

Today I’m leading you through the second part of my reflecting and planning mini workshop.

In Part 1, I led you through 12 powerful questions to reflect on your health and wellness milestones and challenges from 2019.

Today you'll use the insights and information you gathered during the reflection process, to put into setting intentions and planning for the year ahead.

This process is a key part of the work I do with my clients. Our coaching is based on understanding where you are today, looking at where you want to be in the future and then developing a plan to help you get there.

I encourage you to carve out a little space to sit with these questions and really open up your heart and your mind and dream big.

For some of you, it may be hard to open up to dreams, visions and possibilities. I’ve recently gone through this process with a couple clients who found it really hard to get out of their stories and negative mindsets to look forward. If you are someone going through a challenging time, dealing with heartbreak, an illness loss of a job, this will be hard.

I invite you to see if you suspend those fears and doubts just for a few minutes, and open your heart up to the light to the possibilities for your health and your life.

FREE GIFT - I've put all of the questions into a downloadable workbook you can use to guide the process. Get the workbook here.

Are you ready? Let's get to it.

Now that you have your word and vision statement for 2020, the next step is to put it into action.

Knowing what you want to do is the easy part. Actually doing it is the hard part.

That’s where I come in.

Working together with you as your health coach, we’ll develop these intentions into doable measurable goals. We’ll meet regularly to ensure you are staying on track toward them. We’ll put accountability measures in place.

Most importantly, I’ll be there cheering you on and encouraging you every step along the way until these intentions and goals are new daily habits.
