6 steps to upleveling your health coaching skills

Last week a coach emailed and told me that even though she's working with paying clients she's struggling because she feels she's not an expert in coaching. She's winging it and it physically makes her stomach turn.

Can you relate to this?

Winging it? Flying by the seat of your pants, hoping and praying something works?

Feeling sick to your stomach? Worried that you don't have the skills to effectively coach your current or potential clients?

I can relate to this and felt exactly the same way when I started coaching while I was still a student at IIN.

I felt incompetent, unskilled and like my clients would feel it was a waste of money working with me.

It was great that I was getting clients, but honestly I had no idea what to do with them. I felt nauseous going into every session.

But it doesn't have to be this way. You can become a competent and confident health coach. Believe me, if I can do it, you can too!

In today's video I share the foundational skills and principles I've learned and honed through my years of training, certifications and experience, that helped me understand coaching, develop strong competency and have the confidence to become a successful health coach.

Watch below as I reveal 6 steps to help you uplevel your health coaching skills.
