This is one of the top doubts and fears I hear from new health coaches.
Imposter syndrome is a real thing.
It's when you consciously tell yourself you got this and put on a brave outward appearance of having it all together but on the inside you feel sick to your stomach and your inner critic is bombarding you with negative thoughts.
"I don't know enough, I'm not healthy enough, I'm not ready, Who am I to be giving health advice? People will know I don't know what I'm doing, I need more training." And on and on and on.
You know what I'm taking about right?
We've all felt it. Heck I still do. I'm not sure it ever goes away, but there are strategies you can put in place to move through it.
Sometimes you gotta feel the fear and do it anyway so you can achieve your dreams.
If you really want to be a successful health coach you're going to have to find a way to calm these gremlin voices and listen to the truth.
